Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
– Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged upon arrival.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY)
-There is no return or refund applicable if customer don’t like smell / fragrance.
Return Process:
1. Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item for any damage. If you find any, contact us immediately.
2. Notification: Notify us of the damage within 2 days of receiving the product by emailing us at [santzluxuryperfume@gmail.com](mailto:santzluxuryperfume@gmail.com). Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if possible.
3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the damaged item back to us.
Shipping:
– Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refund Process:
1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage.
2. Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
3. Payment: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. This may take 3-7 days , depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior authorization.
Non-Refundable Items:
– Gift cards
– Sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged item and need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order.
